We also provide passengers with personal protective equipment (PPE) kits, subject to availability. At the end of each shift, we use hospital-grade foggers to sanitize the vehicles, eliminating 99.9% of viruses and ensuring the safety of both the next chauffeur and the passengers. Upon arrival for a curbside pickup, your chauffeur will contact you to guide you on where to meet. For inside meet and greet services, the chauffeur will greet you at the baggage claim area holding a welcome sign with either your last name or the specified name.

If arriving on an international flight, they will wait for you at the designated international arrivals exit. Your chauffeur will assist with your luggage and accompany you to the vehicle. Our cancellation policy on sedan’s and SUV’s is 24 hours. On limos/party buses, it is a 21 day notice minimum to not loose your deposit.

  2. A government-issued ID card

If the customer is present at the pickup, the chauffeur will take an imprint of the reservation credit card before beginning the trip. Copies of the signed credit card authorization form and the photo ID must be submitted electronically, either via DocuSign or by emailing them to info@apartct.com.

In cases where the customer will not be present at pickup, they must submit a signed credit card authorization form and a copy of one of the accepted forms of identification at the time of booking. Additionally, the customer must designate an authorized passenger for the service, and this passenger must provide photo identification to the chauffeur before the service starts.
