Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

We offer specialized non-emergency medical transportation for individuals who need a ride to and from their medical appointments or procedures without requiring medical supervision during the journey. This service is ideal for those undergoing dental work, cosmetic treatments, outpatient surgeries, follow-up appointments, and other medical visits where no in-transit medical care is necessary. Our fleet consists of luxurious suburbans and SUVs, ensuring your safety and convenience from the moment you’re picked up at home to when we coordinate your return trip with your healthcare facility.

Our service covers the Round Rock Texas area & West Point Virginia, with transportation also available to cities like Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio.

Before scheduling non-emergency medical transportation, it’s recommended to check with your healthcare provider to determine if they require a driver to remain on-site throughout your procedure. For example, many dental offices require a driver to be present if sedation will be used during the treatment.

We offer two options for non-emergency medical transportation:
Hourly As-Directed:
The Hourly As-Directed service is billed by the hour, starting from when we pick you up until we drop you back off. Your driver and vehicle will stay at the location throughout your appointment, ensuring they are available whenever you need them, including during your procedure. This option is perfect for those undergoing quick procedures, patients whose medical facilities require a driver to remain on-site, or anyone who values the convenience of having a vehicle and driver at their disposal. To book this service through our online booking tool, simply select “Hourly As-Directed” and choose the number of hours you need the service for.
Combination of Point-to-Point and Hourly As-Directed:
Some clients prefer to combine Point-to-Point service for their ride to the appointment with a separate 2-hour Hourly As-Directed service for their return. This provides greater flexibility with timing. For instance, John has a dental procedure scheduled at a clinic 45 minutes from his home, with an appointment time of 8 a.m. He books Point-to-Point transportation for a 7 a.m. pickup to allow extra time for traffic and ensure he arrives early. For the return trip, his dentist estimates that the procedure will be completed by noon. To account for any potential delays or early completion, John books a separate 2-Hour Hourly As-Directed service starting at 11:45 a.m., covering his ride from 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. This ensures that even if he finishes earlier or later than expected, the driver will be there, ready to take him home.
